  CANCELLATION POLICY
  Cancellation or amendment received:
  Before 72 hours of arrival – No Charges
  Between 72 hours to 48 hours – One night charges on all rooms
  After 48 hours – Total charges
 
All room night’s Charges are also applicable for a no show on the arrival date. The stay is guaranteed for the entire duration and any check out before the above mentioned departure date would be charged in full. The Hotel reserves the rights to charge the credit card mentioned for any retention/cancellation charges.
  
 
  REFUND POLICY
  Upon receipt of cancellation, the hotel will refund the amount as per the cancellation policy.
  Processing fee of 5% or INR 500, which ever is higher, will be deducted on the transaction value.
